LoveQR Terms

These terms cover what you get when you buy a LoveQR love page, and what we mean when we say "forever." They are short on purpose — you should be able to read all of it in a couple of minutes. If anything here is unclear, email us at dev@codingspace.io and we'll answer you personally.

What you're buying

A LoveQR love page is a one-time purchase. You pay once: no subscription, no renewal fee, no monthly charge, and no account you need to keep active. Once your page is unlocked, it stays live at its unique link and the QR code keeps working.

What "forever" and "permanent" mean

When we say your love page lasts forever, never expires, or stays live permanently, we mean this: we keep your page online and your QR code working for as long as LoveQR operates this service, with no further payment from you, ever.

We built LoveQR precisely to outlast the free QR generators that quietly expire after 30 to 90 days, and we intend to run it indefinitely. But we won't promise something no company can honestly promise, so here is the commitment in concrete terms.

If LoveQR ever has to shut down the service, we will give every page owner at least 90 days' advance notice by email, and provide a full export — photos at their original resolution, message text, song link, relationship date, and the QR code image — so nothing you created is lost.

Ninety days and a complete export. That's the floor, and it applies no matter why we shut down.

The four situations where a page stops working

1. Content policy violation. Illegal content, non-consensual imagery, or harassment gets removed — as does a page whose payment is reversed or charged back. In these cases the purchase is not refunded and the 90-day notice does not apply.
2. You ask us to delete it. You own your page and can have it removed at any time, including under your GDPR right to erasure. Deletion is permanent and irreversible: the page and its photos are gone and the QR code stops working. This ends the permanence commitment for that page.
3. LoveQR is not a backup service. Your love page is a gift, not storage. Keep your own copies of every photo you upload. We take reasonable care of your data, but never let LoveQR be the only place a photo exists.
4. Circumstances outside our control. Legal orders, government action, war, natural disaster, or the failure of infrastructure providers we depend on. We will honour the 90-day notice and the export wherever that is legally and physically possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. If we ever weaken the 90-day notice or the export commitment, we will email every page owner before the change takes effect. Improvements take effect immediately.
